We have a small menu and try to do a few things well, focusing on making everything delicious. We grind and pour each cup of coffee fresh for each order. We only serve coffee within fourteen days of roasting. We hand-shave Guittard chocolate for our hot chocolate and mocha. We make our own chai based on our experience with chai in India. We carry loose leaf tea that we’ll steep for you for the perfect amount of time. And we make our own vanilla and brown sugar syrups.
In addition to our coffee and cupcakes, we also bake from scratch all natural sweet and savory nibbles (baked here in the shop throughout the day) for you to enjoy. We have different specials every day, but here are some of our regular treats:

- sugar-free vegan fruit & nut bars (with flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, chopped almonds, walnuts, and coarse sea salt, and sweetened only with unsweetened applesauce, bananas, raisins, and a touch of molasses)
